What is your cancellation policy?We bill based on a 1 month service agreement with no fixed terms. You can cancel your service with 30 days notice at any time.

Can you clean or catch-up my QuickBooks Online file?Absolutely, we can clean your accounting file or catch-up historic accounting data to date prior to the start of your monthly bookkeeping engagement.

Is support included? Can I ask questions?Yes, in fact questions are encouraged! Both our packages include a dedicated account manager who is ready to answer any questions you may have with a 1 business day response time guarantee. For customers seeking more hands-on support, our signature package includes priority support via our direct messaging client along with monthly Zoom reviews (at your request).
